TURBO PARTICULES I graphic concert, in collaboration with Camille Scherrer
A translucent triangular camping tent. Electricity. Two ladies. Two antennas. Machines and machinery. Poetic visuals. Cosmic and electronic music. An interchangeable viewing and listening angle at any time. A ride from stardust to the earth. TURBO PARTICULES.
The two artists officiate from inside a curious cabin, a 4x4m pyramid, generating sound, images and light and whose surfaces are covered with a translucent screen for the projection.
As a cockpit, a century-old instrument, the theremin. Box flanked by two antennas, it is played without physical contact and produces sounds sometimes approaching the cello, or even the human voice. Standing behind it, Coralie generates a flood of cosmic and organic melodies with her fingertips. The electric signal from the instrument's antennas also controls a modular synthesizer, a curious box from which a lot of cables dangle. Technician of the pyramid, Camille creates in turn animals, landscapes, aligns a few notes of improbable instruments, rectifies the atmospheres.
Hybrid project of musical and visual performance, created by two Swiss female brains, TURBO PARTICULES gives birth to a dreamlike universe without age and without words. Like a dream of a restorative and regenerating turbo nap, it aims to arouse felicity and serenity.
